Dear Parent,
As the current school year comes to an end, plans are being made for 2010-2011. We hope that you will read these pages thoroughly and consider serving on St. Paul’s Parent Council.
While Parent Council members serve as class representatives and committee chairs, they also serve as liaisons between the administration and other parents. Parent Council members are asked to attend monthly meetings (see meeting dates below) and to support fundraisers and special projects sponsored by the Parent Council. Additionally they are asked to assist the Development Office in the Annual Fund by making calls to fellow class parents. Attendance at monthly meetings and support of other Parent Council functions is important to the success of Parent Council. Please consider this when making your decision to serve.
Class representatives and committee chairs will be selected during the summer months. If you would like to serve on either council or on a committee, please indicate your interest by completing the enclosed forms and returning them to the School by May 14, 2010, Attn: Brenda Ferguson, Parent Council. We appreciate your support and look forward to working together to enhance our children’s experience at St. Paul’s.
